In October, Hafnia celebrated Wellness and Mental Health Month, emphasizing the importance of mental and physical well-being in the workplace.
Our global onshore offices organized a range of activities to create a healthier, more supportive environment. This initiative complemented Hafnia’s ongoing wellness program for our teams aboard our vessels.
Both onshore and offshore team members attended wellness webinars led by mental health experts, with Hafnia’s CEO, Mikael Skov, highlighting the significance of mental health and well-being across various Hafnia communications channels throughout the month.
Onshore teams enjoyed a month filled with well-being initiatives, including nutritious smoothies and juices, extra yoga and fitness sessions, ergonomic consultations to create comfortable workspaces, mental puzzles for breaks, and new private spaces for recharging during the day. Hafnia’s People, Culture, and Strategy Teams also raised awareness of the tools and resources available to support employee well-being.
