Hafnia CEO Mikael Skov took part in two key discussions during Singapore Maritime Week 2025: the Lloyd’s List Outlook Forum and the All-Aboard Alliance High-Level Meeting.
At the Lloyd’s List Outlook Forum, panel conversations centered on ongoing industry challenges such as geopolitical tensions, fragmented regulations, and the growing divide between compliant operators and the grey fleet.
As co-chair of the Global Maritime Forum’s All-Aboard Alliance, Mikael Skov also opened the AAA’s High-Level Meeting, where the new Sustainable Crewing Guidelines were launched. The guidelines are a step forward in the push for more inclusive and equitable working environments at sea. The nine new guidelines are based on research from 12 participating shipping companies. The full guidelines can be read here.
