Hafnia CEO Mikael Skov was a panel speaker at Marine Money’s inaugural Copenhagen Members-only event, hosted by leading Danish law firm Gorrissen Federspiel.
100 executives from global shipping companies, finance providers and shipping service providers met to discuss leading issues such as how companies can achieve maritime decarbonization, how to cooperate and collaborate, getting the right regulation and utilizing data and digitization.
Together with other renowned speakers from ZeroNorth, Synergy Marine Group, GasLog and Maersk Tankers, Mikael Skov participated in the panel “Purpose or Profit – how shipping must see itself going forward, combining the effort to decarbonize and remain a profitable business”.
On sharing Hafnia’s vision on the topic of purpose, Mikael discussed the necessity from Hafnia’s view for purpose and profit to work hand in hand, to invest in the shipping market of tomorrow across initiatives in decarbonization, diversity and digitization.
