Hafnia is pleased to announce that Mia Krogslund Jørgensen, VP – Head of Hafnia’s People, Culture & Strategy has been named in Danish Financial Newspaper’s (Børsen’s) Future Leaders 2026 list (Fremtidens Topleder 2026).
Every year, 25 leaders nationwide in Denmark are selected, which highlights executives who demonstrate exceptional leadership and the potential to shape Danish and international business in the years ahead.
The selection is based on an independent and professional assessment conducted in collaboration with leading executive search firms: Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds Associates, and Korn Ferry.
The initiative was established to elevate the discussion around what it takes to be a top leader in the future and to inspire the next generation of executives. According to Børsen, those selected represent role models for modern leadership, combining strategic insight, execution, power, and personal integrity.
Mia’s inclusion on the list reflects her leadership experience and clear potential to continue delivering results at the highest level in a highly competitive field.
Commenting on the recognition, Hafnia’s CEO Mikael Skov says: “Mia’s inclusion on the Fremtidens Topleder 2026 list is well deserved. She combines strategic clarity with strong personal leadership and has a natural ability to engage and develop the people around her. We are proud to see her recognized among Denmark’s future top leaders.”
The full list of Fremtidens Topleder 2026 has been published by Børsen on the 29 January 2026, alongside individual profiles of the selected leaders.
The recognition is marked by a network dinner bringing together this year’s selected leaders and representatives from Danish business.
