Following the publication of Hafnia’s full-year 2025 results, we are pleased to share an overview of the Hafnia Pools’ performance, – a year marked by continued development.
Hafnia operates one of the largest integrated product tanker pool platforms in the market.
With approximately 200 vessels trading within the Pools during 2025, this scale provides tangible commercial leverage through broader cargo coverage, charterer access and stronger positioning across regions.
Over the year, Hafnia Pools collaborated with 35 different Partners across all tanker segments.
Nineteen new vessels joined during 2025, and seven new Pool Partners were welcomed, including vessels re-entering under new ownership.
On the systems integration side, a revised Python-based Pool Point engine was implemented in 2025. The upgrade improves the way earnings are allocated by incorporating more detailed trading and operational inputs. Accurate and transparent distribution remains fundamental to the Pooling structure, particularly at this scale.
The “Hafnia Universe” Pool Portal was also launched and now counts over 180 users. The platform provides direct access to live performance data, earnings development and Pool metrics, giving Partners clearer day-to-day insight into results.
Engagement with Pool Partners continued throughout the year, including the bi-annual Technical and Operational Committee meeting, and Pool Board Meetings held in Dubai and Singapore. These meetings form part of the governance framework and support ongoing commercial dialogue across the Pools.
