Hafnia recently concluded a successful mini-induction seminar in Udaipur, India, on 24 July 2024.
The Hafnia seafarers’ mini-induction session is designed for new team members to understand and discuss Hafnia’s values, policies, and operational procedures, as well as to address any pressing questions or suggestions. This ensures that new seafaring members are well-acquainted with Hafnia’s standards and expectations, promoting a smooth integration into our daily operations. The seminar was attended by 21 Senior Officers.
The event featured enriching interactions and discussions on topics such as Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity (DIBE), communications, leadership, and recent incidents. We received positive feedback, and all participants found the topics both insightful and engaging. Overall, the mini-induction seminar was a resounding success, fostering unity and continuous learning between the seafarers and office staff.
