2011: LR Pool formed with Straits Tankers
Establishment of Hafnia Tankers in Copenhagen, Denmark via 3-way merger with Tankers Inc, Blackstone / Tufton and J. Lauritzen
Handy Pool launched
Formation of Hafnia Bunker Alliance
Hafnia Tankers forms joint venture with Vista Shipping and CSSC
Hafnia forms via merger between BW Tankers and Hafnia Tankers, with an acquisition of all pool companies.
Hafnia listed in Oslo
Establishment of Specialized Pool
The worlds largest fleet in product and chemical tankers.
Hafnia establishes 2 chemical pools (Handy and MR) and a LR2 pool
Hafnia establishes the Hafnia Panamax Pool together with Mercuria
